El Edificio del Centro Civico de la ciudad de San Juan es una de las ultimas obras concluidas en la provincia. Esta construccion estuvo muchos años esperando la realizacion de su "segunda etapa", la misma consistía en la obra fina, ya que la primer etapa consistía en la obra gruesa. Pasaron muchos años y muchos gobiernos y el "elefante de hormigón" continuaba intacto. Ahora concentra la actividad de varios ministerios, secretarías y oficinas de gobierno. El juego de placas que materializan los parasoles resulta de interés para observar el juego de luces y sombras. En esta ocasión el croquis se define a partir de dibujar las sombras.
